Textured White Oak Wood Ink Pen

White Oak is a durable, heavy domestic hardwood known for its natural resistance to water and decay.  It is light-to-dark brown with an olive or grayish cast, featuring light-colored sapwood.  The grain is mostly straight with a coarse, uneven texture.  It is used in flooring, fine furniture and cabinetry, boat building and outdoor decks, and wine and whiskey barrels. A texturing tool has been used to engrave 2 lines and a diamond pattern in the lower barrel portion.

The Apprentice Classica Pen Kit is a practical, everyday writing instrument with a clean, classic look. Finished in gold and black accents, it is designed for reliable daily use.   Uses a Parker-style ink refill; replacement refills are available at office supply stores.
