The Handley Page Halifax is a British Royal Air Force (RAF) four-engine heavy bomber of the Second World War.It was developed by Handley Page to the same specifications as the contemporary twin-engine Avro Manchester.The Halifax played a significant role in Bomber Command, conducting strategic night bombing missions against the Axis Powers.This pen was crafted using wood from the wooden propeller o a WWII AF Handley Page Halifax BII heavy bomber, tail number LWQ280.
This twist ink pen is finished in a chrome with gun metal kit and uses a Schmidt style refill; replacements are available where office supplies are sold.
